William was born, raised and continues to reside in Brooklyn, New York. He has been practicing law with the firm Frank J, Santo P.C. for over 38 years. Said law firm was established over 50 years ago by Frank J. Santo (deceased). William is the president and the firms lead attorney. He has a hands on approach and speaks to each and everyone of his clients on a regular basis.
